AUSTIN CRAWFORD

Austin Crawford is an Eastern Washington Native, specializing in Multifamily investments and Development Land sales throughout the Pacific Northwest with a strong concentration on Eastern Washington markets. Austin strives to provide an elite level of service and market insight to owners and investors, while leveraging his Construction background and regional connections to assist Developers and Owners in the facilitation of new development projects.

Prior to joining Marcus and Millichap, Austin began his professional career as a Project Engineer in the Commercial Division of Engineered Structures Inc. the largest General Contractor in the state of Idaho, before returning home to Tri Cities Washington to begin his career in Commercial Real Estate as a Leasing and Sales Broker for a regional Brokerage Firm.

Austin is a former college athlete, winning two consecutive conference championships on Central Washington University’s Football Team, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and is actively pursuing his CCIM certification. Austin values a highly active lifestyle, as an avid snowboarder, surfer and outdoor enthusiast.
